Welcome to Premier Exterior Services KC. By using our website or hiring us for services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

We provide exterior property maintenance services in the Kansas City metro area, including but not limited to:

  • Pressure washing (soft wash, hot wash, and fleet washing)
  • Exterior painting (residential, commercial, and multi-family)
  • Deck, fence, and siding restoration
  • Wood rot removal and repair
  • Concrete sealing, driveway cleaning, and asphalt sealing
  • Parking lot striping
  • Window cleaning and screen replacement

Service availability may vary based on weather conditions, scheduling, and location.

2. Estimates & Pricing

  • All estimates provided are free and non-binding until accepted in writing or electronically.
  • Pricing is based on the scope of work, materials, labor, and property size.
  • Additional charges may apply for unforeseen conditions (e.g., extensive wood rot, structural issues, or extra preparation work).
  • Clients will be informed of any changes before work begins.

3. Scheduling & Access

  • Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property.
  • Service dates are scheduled based on availability and may be rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
  • For fleet washing or commercial contracts, vehicles and property areas must be accessible at the agreed times.

4. Payments

  • Payment terms will be outlined in your estimate or service agreement.
  • Invoices are due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Property Conditions & Liability

  • Premier Exterior Services KC is not responsible for pre-existing damage to surfaces, siding, paint, or vehicles.
  • While we use professional equipment and techniques, we are not liable for damage caused by fragile materials, improperly installed fixtures, or neglected surfaces.
  • Clients are advised to remove valuables, fragile items, or vehicles from work areas prior to service.

6. Warranties

  • Exterior painting and restoration services may include warranties as specified in your agreement.
  • Normal wear, weathering, and lack of maintenance are not covered by warranties.
  • Pressure washing, sealing, and fleet washing are maintenance services and do not include warranties unless otherwise stated.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a service charge.

8. Use of Website

  • Content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Premier Exterior Services KC.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas and applicable federal laws. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate Kansas courts.
